Day 1: Arrival + Welcome Braai
Start your retreat the South African way: with a braai. A chat around the fire with the smell of smoking food is how many Capetonians spend their evenings. So, why not join them?
Day 2: Team Strategy Sessions + Sunset Hike
After a hearty welcome, it’s time to begin a session focused on team-building ideas and strategies. After a long day of working, you deserve some time for fun. Take a sunset hike on Lion’s Head near Table Mountain and soak up the beauty of the ‘Cape of Good Hope’ before twilight.
Day 3: Cowork + Wine Tasting in Stellenbosch
Take some time to complete your work and finish any deadlines before we move on to fun group activities in Cape Town’s surroundings, such as wine tasting in Stellenbosch. With over 150 to choose from, we’re sure to find a fit for your team from Rust en Vrede Wine Estate’s tastings to Tokara Wine Estate’s vineyard views and art gallery.
Day 4: Surf Lessons + Closing Dinner
The city’s beaches are well-known for their waves. So, do a fun teambuilding task of learning to surf these seas. After your lesson, take some free time to finish up some work, play a few games, or explore the town before we have a closing group dinner to wrap up the stay.
