Working remotely in Cape Town means having one of the world’s most spectacular coastlines right on your doorstep. But experiencing the wild beauty of the Cape Peninsula shouldn’t mean spending your weekend organizing rental cars, navigating winding cliff drops, or stressing over queues.
We created the Cape Peninsula Tour to give the digital nomad community an unforgettable day out. Curating the perfect route of world-famous landmarks, untamed nature, and relaxed local food stops.
Step away from your laptop, jump into our private shuttle, and spend the day connecting with like-minded travelers while we handle the rest.
Meet at the Cape Coliving Villa for a private shuttle service. No driving, no logistics, just sit back and enjoy the coastal drive while making new connections.
We visit iconic stops including Boulders Beach and Cape Point, plus take the winding route home along Chapman’s Peak, all included in your tour ticket.
With a typical group size of 10 to 20 people, we maintain an intimate dynamic where genuine connections are made.
Aside from our lunch stop, we’ll end the day back home with a traditional braai (BBQ). We supply and cook the meat, vegetable mains, and sides so you can experience true South African culture.
Guided by locals, our tour provides unique insights into the Peninsula. We’ll take you to the best viewpoints and share the history of the “Cape of Storms.”
You didn’t come to Cape Town to stress over logistics. We handle the entrance fees, the timing, and the route. You just show up, connect, and enjoy.
Pack your camera and your sense of adventure as we trace the breathtaking Cape coastline to discover the Peninsula’s most legendary sights.
Get up close and personal with the famous, charismatic colony of endangered African penguins in the historic naval village of Simon’s Town.
We’ll wander along the elevated wooden boardwalks that wind through the pristine, white-sand coves and giant granite boulders.
It’s a rare, bucket-list chance to watch these incredible birds waddling along the beach, swimming in the turquoise waters, and soaking up the Cape sun in their natural habitat.
Journey to the very edge of the continent, where the untamed wilderness of the Cape of Good Hope Nature Reserve drops dramatically into the churning ocean.
We’ll hike up the steep, paved paths to the historic Cape Point lighthouse, where you’ll be rewarded with sweeping, panoramic views of the “Cape of Storms.” Afterward, we’ll head down to the iconic wooden sign at the most south-western point of Africa for the ultimate group photo.
Expect towering cliffs, rich fynbos, and perhaps even a sighting of wild ostriches or baboons.
No Cape Town road trip is complete without cruising the legendary Chapman’s Peak, or “Chappies” as the locals call it.
As the afternoon light begins to soften, we’ll wind our way back toward the city along one of the most spectacular marine drives on the planet. Carved directly into the near-vertical rock face, this route features dramatic curves, towering mountain peaks on one side, and sheer drops into the glittering ocean on the other.
It is an awe-inspiring drive and the perfect backdrop to reflect on the day’s adventure.
After a full day of sea breezes and rugged coastlines, the last thing you want is an awkward drop-off in the city center. That’s why our tour doesn’t end when the shuttle parks; included in your ticket is a traditional South African Sunset Braai (BBQ).
Upon returning to the Cape Coliving Villa, we’ll get the fire roaring to welcome you back with a hearty feast of local meats, grilled vegetable mains, and fresh sides. It’s the perfect, authentic way to close out the day; swapping photos, sharing stories from the road, and enjoying a cold drink around the fire with your new friends.

We meet at the Cape Coliving Villa, queue up the road-trip playlist, and our private shuttle hits the road.

We take a midday lunch break at a relaxed spot to refuel and chat before continuing the adventure.

Our journey back to the city takes us along the breathtaking twists and turns of the Chapman’s Peak Drive.
Arriving back at the Villa, the fire is lit, the beers are opened, and we end an epic day with a traditional South African braai.

The Cape Peninsula is famous for its dramatic, twisting coastal roads—especially Chapman’s Peak Drive and the road to Cape Point. If you are prone to motion sickness, we highly recommend taking your preferred medication before we depart. Let us know when you book, and we’ll make sure you get a seat near the front of the shuttle!
The “Cape of Storms” is notorious for having four seasons in one day, so it’s best to be prepared for any conditions. Bring along:
Yes! Your ticket is all-inclusive. It covers the private shuttle, the toll fees for Chapman’s Peak Drive, and the conservation entrance fees for both Boulders Beach (the penguins) and the Cape of Good Hope Nature Reserve (Cape Point). It also includes lunch and the sunset braai.
Absolutely. We ensure there are vegetable options at both our lunch stop and the traditional evening braai (think fresh salads, grilled veggies, and plant-based mains). Please flag any specific allergies or dietary needs when you book so our team can prepare.
This is a relaxed road trip, not a strenuous hike. However, reaching the Cape Point lighthouse requires a steady, uphill walk on a paved path (about 15-20 minutes). If you prefer, there is a funicular (cable car) available at Cape Point that you can take to the top for a small additional fee on the day.
