We have regular group dinners where we eat at Cape Town restaurants nearby, socialize, and catch up at the end of the day. We love fostering community, and there’s no better place to do it than with a glass of wine in hand and a mouthwatering meal in front of you.

Potluck Lunches

Every Wednesday, we offer our guests the chance to share some lunch and conversation with their fellow housemates. Bring what you have and experience new flavors and perspectives.

Outdoor Picnics

We love going out for group picnics at Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens, just below Table Mountain. In summer, the gardens come alive with regular concerts and open-air movies, making every visit extra special. In winter, you can still enjoy the garden from the Tea Room or Moyo restaurant.

The house is big and located in an amazing area, very close to the waterfront promenade, a very cute park, a delicious deli, cafés, restaurants, supermarkets. The hosts Matt and Dakota put a lot of effort into making you feel at home. If you like cooking, the kitchen is well stocked and has a lot of appliances. Also the cleaning staff is on site daily to make sure the place is neat. 100% recommended!"
