I’ve been a digital nomad for over 10 years, and stayed in countless places around the world through my travel marketing agency. But Cape Town has always been my favorite. There’s something about the city… The amazing beaches, the incredible food, the vibrant culture, the breathtaking outdoors, and the cosmopolitan city life—Cape Town has it all.

That’s why I decided to create Cape Coliving. I wanted to create a space where digital nomads, entrepreneurs, and remote workers from all over the world could come together to live, work, and connect.

A place where they could feel at home, even though they were far away from their own.

I found the perfect location for Cape Coliving in my favorite neighborhood in Cape Town. The house is almost perfect for coliving and working together. It has private rooms, shared spaces, and a rooftop terrace with stunning views of the city.

Applying is easy. Fill out our online application and our team will guide you through the simple interview process.


Almost everything. Your rent covers all utilities, taxes, and fees. Early check-in, check-out, and extra guests may be subject to additional charges.

We take community seriously and offer a variety of engaging events to foster connections among residents. From weekly dinners and weekend activities to workshops and classes, there’s always something happening. Our weekly family meetings are designed designed to cater to different interests and help you build meaningful relationships with your co-residents.

50% is due upon booking our room. 50% 1 week before arrival.

300 breakage deposit upon arrival

Cancellation within 30 days of date of arrival 50% of accommodation total

Cancellation within 15 days of date of arrival 75% of accommodation total

Cancellation within 7 days of date of arrival 100% of accommodation total

Breakage deposit returned 2 weeks after departure.

Unfortunately we are no pet-friendly. If you have a furry friend, please check with us regarding our pet policy.

We’re committed to ensuring your living space remains comfortable and functional. If you have a maintenance request for your room, simply chat to our resident happines co-ordinator. Our dedicated maintenance team will promptly address your request and work to resolve any issues as efficiently as possible.

Yes, we provide convenient on-site laundry facilities for our residents. You’ll have easy access to washing machines and dryers, making laundry day hassle-free. 

Yes, but please check with us and your other co-livers first, as space in the communal areas may be limited. We also charge a small fee of €20 per extra person.
