Policies
We’re thrilled to have you join us at Cape Coliving. To ensure a fantastic stay for everyone, here are some important guidelines:
It’s the people that make a place, so all guests are subject to a quick chat/interview
- Minimum stay during winter 7 days, minimum stay in summer is 21 days
- A deposit of 50% is required to confirm your booking.
- Full payment is required 2 months before
- Check-in: 2pm, Check-out: 11am (alternate times to be arranged in advance).
Breakage Fee
R5500 deposit per room is due on arrival.
● For any repair or replacement handled by house manager, receipts for expenditure will be provided after checkout.
● This will be deducted from the breakage fee, the remaining breakage fee money will be returned.
● If the amount exceeds the R5500 breakage fee, you will be liable to pay the balance.
● If there were no breakages, the full breakage deposit will be returned.
