Policies
We’re thrilled to have you join us at Cape Coliving. To ensure a fantastic stay for everyone, here are some important guidelines:
It’s the people that make a place, so all guests are subject to a quick chat/interview
- Minimal stay during winter 7 days, minimal stay in summer is 28 days
- A deposit of 50% is required to confirm your booking.
- Check in 2pm and Check out 11am (alternate times to be arranged prior).
Discounts
- 28 day special 10%
- 55 day Special 12.5%
- 85+ night special 15%
Breakage Fee
R5000 deposit per room is due on arrival.
● For any repair or replacement handled by house manager, receipts for expenditure will be provided after checkout.
● This will be deducted from the breakage fee, the remaining breakage fee money will be returned.
● If the amount exceeds the R5000 breakage fee, you will be liable to pay the balance.
● If there were no breakages, the full breakage deposit will be returned.
Cancellation Policy
● Cancellation before 30 days of date of arrival – 0% of accommodation total.
● Cancellation within 30 days of date of arrival – 50% of accommodation total.
● Cancellation within 15 days of date of arrival – 75% of accommodation total.
● Cancellation within 7 days of date of arrival – 100% of accommodation total.
